President's Message

Dear Fellow ARA compatriots, It is my great privilege and honour to be elected as your “voice” and representative on behalf of all of you in ARA. We gathered and formed the current ARA Council before the CoVid pandemic and have sailed through the past 2 years. It has been quite an experience and have learnt much. It has been tough for all of us but we moved on and weathered the storm. I am very glad to have a team of dedicated and committed Council members to work with. Despite the challenges and obstacles, we faced in our daily work routines, lockdowns, CoVid measures, increase in equipment an d material prices, our team still managed to organize webinars, technical talks, soft skills training and also lately our ARA Golf event cum dinner. All these were achieved through much selfless sacrifice of time and efforts as we strived to achieve the objectives and aim of forming ARA. I hope we can meet and gather more often in future for camaraderie and fellowship. I must salute our Council team and a big “Thank You” for the efforts and commitment put in by our current Officers to engage our fellow ARA members. We hope that during our term in office, we have worked towards fulfilling our members’ expectations and to serve all of your better. ARA is truly blessed with such dedicated, selfless and committed Council members. Thank you all on behalf of ARA guys…… It has been a pleasure with you all in the team!!! The CoVid virus is still mutating and causing discomfort. Though not as serious as before. We must all always be vigilant and be safe. Please take good care of yourselves and I hope all of you stay healthy always I look forward to meeting all of you in person at our next gathering and future meetings. Thank you all. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2023!!!

Split units have separate indoor and outdoor components, suitable for smaller spaces. VRV/VRF systems, with a single outdoor unit, offer advanced, energy-efficient cooling for larger buildings by adjusting refrigerant flow to individual zones. Split units are cost-effective, while VRV/VRF provides flexibility and efficiency in diverse spaces with varying cooling needs.

Chiller plant solutions encompass comprehensive systems designed for efficient cooling in large facilities. These integrated solutions typically include high-performance chillers, pumps, and control systems to regulate temperature and optimize energy consumption. By providing reliable and scalable cooling capabilities, chiller plant solutions contribute to the sustainability and operational effectiveness of diverse industrial and commercial environments.

Airside solutions refer to a range of technologies and systems designed to optimize and enhance air travel operations on the ground. This includes solutions for aircraft parking, loading, and fueling, as well as airport ground control and management. These innovations aim to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ultimately contribute to the overall smooth functioning of airports and the aviation industry.

Consultants specialize in optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for optimal efficiency and comfort. With a keen understanding of cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices, we can provide expert guidance to ensure clients’ HVAC systems operate seamlessly, promoting energy savings and environmental sustainability.

We are committed to meet specified standards or deliver predetermined results. You can be assured that products, services, or projects will meet established criteria, fostering confidence and accountability. This contractual assurance mitigates risks and reinforces trust between parties involved in a transaction or agreement.

Engineering work involves designing and optimizing systems that regulate indoor climate. Our engineers focuses on creating efficient and sustainable solutions for heating, cooling, and air quality control in buildings. Their work ensures comfortable environments while minimizing energy consumption and environmental impact.

Instrumentation is the integration of sensors and control devices to optimize the performance of heating and cooling systems. These instruments monitor variables such as temperature, humidity, and air quality, enabling precise adjustments for energy efficiency, comfort, and overall system functionality.

Piping and ductwork are essential components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Piping distributes hot or cold water for heating or cooling, while ductwork channels conditioned air throughout buildings. Proper design and installation of these systems ensure efficient temperature control, air quality, and comfort in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.

HVAC service and maintenance are essential for ensuring the optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Regular inspections, cleaning, and adjustments help prevent breakdowns, improve energy efficiency, and extend the lifespan of equipment. Professional HVAC technicians play a crucial role in identifying and addressing issues to keep indoor environments comfortable and healthy.
